How long will it take for my items to ship?
All orders are processed and shipped in 3-5 business days. Please note, at this time courier services are experiencing delays nationwide. Although your items may have shipped, there may be delays outside of the control of Renew Candle Co. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, don't hesistate to contact me!
I received my order and an item is broken. How can I get this fixed?
Oh no!! Although I do my best to package each item in a way that will protect them in transit, it happens. If an item is broken, DO NOT USE IT (for safety reasons). Take a picture and email it to Renewcandlecompany@gmail.com. I will do my best to rectify the situation by either issuing a refund, or mailing you a replacement item.
I received my order but there are items missing. What now?
Something is missing? Charge it to ny head and not my heart! If you receive your order with missing items, please contact me immediately via the contact form or by email at Renewcandlecompany@gmail.com. Include your order number and the item that is missing. I will do my best to rectify the issue by either issuing a refund or a replacement item.
Do you offer in-store pick up?
Unfortunately, at this time Renew Candle Co. does not offer in-store pick up. The safety of my customers is my top priority, and due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, all orders will be shipped. In the near future, Renew Candle Co. will be expanding into a storefront and customers will be able to safely shop in-person at that time.
